License to provide and distribute materials

“Biologist” published scientific materials under the free license BY-ND – Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported (if it’s not otherwise indicated in the work). The BY-ND license implies the author has exclusive rights to his article. At the same time, the work is posted in the public domain and its use is allowed: examination, distribution on commercial and non-commercial basis without making changes, while preserving the integrity of the materials. Readers have to indicate the author of the article and the link to the published work in the collection of Aspect Law. Figures, diagrams, tables, photographs and annexes in printed and electronic form of the article are subject to copyright, therefore, they can be duplicated in other articles, on condition they are in their original form, indicating the author and the link to the source.

If the author agrees to have his article distributed under the CC BY-SA – Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (more extended) license, then in addition to the rules above, published scientific data can serve as the basis for writing other scientific papers. The CC BY-SA license is recommended for authors whose articles will be used as a basis for the development of scientific direction. This is especially relevant for graduate students, doctoral students and PhD candidates. New materials that will be published in the next issues of “Biologist” under a CC BY-SA license must have the link to the original article in the bibliography.
